Six Months Old

Wow, Brady is already half a year old....it's hard to believe. Brady is already trying to pull himself up, if he can get a good grip on something. He often gets frustrated when he can't move around or reach a toy. He loves squash and doesn't mind green beans. He also likes to stick the head of his rubber ducky in his mouth.

Here Brady is going in for a big kiss from Paige. He's a lady's man already...he's taking after his Daddy!

This is from last week, when Britt, Brady & I went to The Wings of Paradise. Brady wasn't really into the butterflies, I think it was because it was so warm in the greenhouse part and he didn't get a good nap that day. I enjoyed myself and took lots of pictures of the different kinds of butterflies.

Some New Firsts...

As you can tell by this picture, Brady didn't care for peas which was his first taste of solid foods. He likes carrots, they didn't make him gag when he tried them, most likely because they are not as thick as peas....and they do taste better! He also likes to drink/chew/play with his new sippy cup.

My cousin Brittany came up for March break, it was nice having an extra set of hand to help out with Brady...especially at bath time. We did some shopping this week, we took Brady to the movies and we went to the Wings of Paradise (Butterfly Museum). He loves to play with his wash cloths and suck on them. He tries to stick the whole thing in his mouth!

Big Bathtub

Brady is a big boy now, he had his first bath in the big bath tub last week and loved it. Well I'm not sure if it was all the room he had in the tub or all the toys he had to play with. Brad sprayed him in the face with water and it didn't bother him.
Mmmm, these toes taste good!!

Happy 50th Birthday Grandpa!

We were on the road again this weekend. Brady & I went home for my Dad's 50th birthday and Brad went ice fishing in North Bay with the boys. My Dad didn't want a party for his big birthday, he got his wish and had cake & ice cream with Brady. Brady did get his fingers in his Grandpa's cake and got a taste of the icing with his Grandpa's help. Luckily, he didn't care for the taste of icing....I guess we'll just stick to rice cereal for now.
